No-Egg Nog
This vegan eggnog tastes just like the real thing (even better in our opinion). Try it out this festive season for a little treat!
Ingredients
- 400ml almond milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice)
- 50g Vanilla Huel
- 50g cashews soaked overnight
- 4-6 dates soaked in warm water for 15 mins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 100ml coconut milk
- 25-50ml bourbon / ‘Christmas Spirit’ (optional)
Instructions
- Soak cashews and dates.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth.
