The Role

Our customers – Huelers - are our world! For us, providing customer service means chatting, engaging and understanding Huelers but ultimately being as super responsive to them as we can be. We are looking for someone to be responsible for our Global Customer Service team.

You'll always put the customer at the heart of your decisions, to deliver exceptional customer experience as well as motivating and driving performance improvements with the team.

You will be passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer services and have proven experience improving service levels.

Working with colleagues in Marketing, eCommerce and Operations you’ll be resolving problems and looking for ways to improve our customer journey.

You’ll be…

  • Developing your knowledge of our Huelers, products and the overall market, to provide authoritative advice and insight to colleagues
  • Implementing procedures, monitoring performance, setting targets and KPI’s
  • Managing teams globally to ensure all customer queries are handled effectively to maximise retention
  • Responsible for the continued growth and development of the team
  • Bringing innovation to how we delight our customers via phone, email and online social channels

What you need to have..

  • This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Customer Services professional with proven people management, ideally within an eCommerce business
  • Focus on overall strategy to forecast both short and long term plans
  • A professional, proactive, positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • A leadership flair with the ability to motivate others to perform and exceed expectations
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers
  • Passion for food, health and nutrition
  • Good knowledge of the popular social channels
  • Solid computer and numeracy skills needed to excel in a highly regulated environment
  • A flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team
  • University level education
