Granola Bar


  • Serves 12

    200g Huel Granola (Original or Berry)
  • 100g dates
  • 50g maple syrup
  • 100g peanut butter (plus more if needed)
  • 100g toasted almond flakes


  • Blend the dates in a food processor until they're smooth.
  • Mix together the granola, dates, and almonds.
  • Warm together the syrup and peanut butter on a low heat until mixed together. Pour this over the granola mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Once mixed, transfer into a baking dish - the smaller the dish you use, the thicker your bars will be.
  • Press the mixture down firmly until flattened and cover with parchment paper to let firm up in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 mins.
  • Once firmed, cut the bars into evenly sized squares and store in an airtight container for a few days.
