PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry

Huel Limited (company number 07907551) whose registered address is at Unit 6 Icknield Way, Tring, Hertfordshire, HP23 4RN ("Huel") is the promoter of the New Year, New Huel prize draw (the "Prize Draw").

The Prize Draw opens on 14th February at 10:00 (GMT) (the "Opening Date") and closes on 16th February at 23:00 (GMT) (the "Closing Date").  Any Entries (as defined below) received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

By entering into the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Conditions") and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.  Huel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards Huel and the Prize Draw.

Who Can Enter

The Prize Draw is only open to entry by persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

How To Enter

  1. To enter the Prize Draw, and to be considered for the Prize (as defined below), you must complete the following steps:

‘Like’ the relevant Instagram Prize Draw post (the “Post”);

Save the Post;

Tag one friend in a comment; and

Follow @huel on Instagram (together an “Entry”).

  1. Entries that do not comply with Paragraph 5 will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
  2. Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges) and each person can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each person will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.
  3. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby grant to Huel a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable right and licence, with the right to grant sub-licences, to share your Entry content on social media and use the same for general marketing purposes.
  4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huel excludes liability for any and all losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in this Prize Draw.

Winners

  1. There will be FIVE (5) winners of the Prize Draw. The winners will be selected from all valid Entries that comply with Paragraph 5.

The person that is ‘tagged’ will not be considered a winner but is able to enter the Prize Draw themselves.

Huel reserves the right to amend the number of winners if there are not sufficient eligible Entries, set out in Paragraph 5.

  1. The winners will be chosen at random from all Entries by Iconosquare’s Random Comment Picker Tool. If any of the randomly chosen winners do not fill the criteria of Paragraph 5, another winner will be chosen at random by the same means. This decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in relation to the Prize Draw.
  2. The winners will be notified via Direct Mail by 18th February 2024 (the “Notification”).

 

  1. In the event that you are selected as one of the winners of the Prize Draw, you must respond to Huel within 6 days of the Notification otherwise you will forfeit the Prize and Huel reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

Prize

  2. a) The "Prize" for each winner will be two (2) uniquely designed HuelWear T-shirts with ‘You nutritionally complete me’ on the front, a Shaker, a scoop and 1x bag of Huel Black Edition (individual flavours are subject to availability).
  3. b) The HuelWear T-shirts are available in sizes M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL. Each winner will be asked to confirm which sizes they wish to receive when they are sent the Notification. Sizes are subject to availability.
  4. It is the winner's responsibility to check the list of ingredients for products. Huel accepts no liability for health issues from potential allergens arising from any of the ingredients. Please see the full ingredients list on the Huel website at: https://uk.huel.com/collections/other-huel-products. You should find allergens highlighted in bold.
  5. The Prize is subject to availability and Huel reserves the right to offer the winners an alternative prize or receipt of the same prize with a delay if a product comprising the Prize is not available.

(a) the Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the winners; and

(b) the Prize will be addressed to the relevant winner and sent by post to the contact address notified to Huel by the winner no later than 30 days after notification of such postal address.

Your information

  1. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, and how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to our collection and use of your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about our collection and use of your personal information.
  2. Our Privacy Policy is available on https://uk.huel.com at https://uk.huel.com/pages/privacy-policy.
  3. By entering into the Prize Draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by Huel for the purposes of the administration of the Prize Draw.

General

  1. Huel reserves the right to amend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw or these Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud. The up-to-date wording of these Conditions will be available for the whole duration of the Prize Draw at https://uk.huel.com/pages/terms-and-conditions.
  2. Huel reserves the right to withhold or void any Entry, or where the entrant breaches (or Huel reasonably suspects that the relevant entrant has breached or will breach) these Conditions.
  3. Huel takes no responsibility for Entries not received, for whatever reason including, without limitation, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, and/or incorrect Entries. Huel takes no responsibility for errors, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to Entries.
  4. All decisions made by Huel or any of its third parties in respect of the Prize Draw and/or the Prize will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding either or both.
  5. The winners’ surname and county may be made available. The winners will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Huel may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
  6. The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that you may also bring a claim under these Conditions in your local courts if you do not reside in England.
