How much is delivery?

UK Mainland

The good news is, delivery is free for orders over £45!

If your order is under £45, a small delivery fee of £5.99 will be charged in line with our postage charges.

Highlands and Offshore UK

For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

Import and custom duties

Please note: Some countries have import taxes and customs documents, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. These countries are:Bermuda, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Israel, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.If you're placing an order from any of these countries, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you. If you're ordering to the Channel Islands, there might be a GST charge that we can't predict or cover in advance. Check your local government website for details on GST thresholds.

Please note:

Due to the recent developments in the Middle East, flights in and out of this region have been impacted, resulting in disruptions to our regular pickup and delivery schedules in the Middle East.

Flights to and from Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, have been suspended. As a result, customers shipping to or from those countries may experience extended transit times.

In Israel, we continue to operate pickups and deliveries in accordance with local authorities’ guidelines. We have also implemented contingency measures to support export shipments from Israel.
The safety and security of our team members is our top priority, alongside our commitment to providing the best possible service for our customers.

We are closely monitoring the situation and operating according to authorities’ guidance.

When will I receive my order?

Orders over £50 and/or over 2kg

For England & Wales, if you order before 8pm, the great news is you’ll receive your items within the next 2 working days. For Scotland, Northern Ireland & Offshore UK it may take up to 5 working days to be delivered.

International deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days.

All other items

All other items are ordered before 5pm Monday - Friday are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post, which means deliveries can take 2-3 working days. This excludes Northern Ireland.

Multiple Parcels

If your order contains Ready to Drink, Daily A-Z or a large quantity of products, the order may be split into multiple parcels. Please note these might not arrive on the same day, but we will provide you with all relevant tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Who will deliver my order?

For orders over £50 and 2kg, we use DPD will make one delivery attempt. You’re not there? The driver may deliver to a neighbour or deliver your parcel to a nearby Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your order as soon as possible. Search for your nearest Pickup shop.

To ensure you get the best experience with our DPD carrier, please download and use the DPD app – you'll have the opportunity to select a preferred neighbour as well as a dedicated safe place.

You can now pinpoint your exact delivery address location thanks to DPD’s partnership with What3words. For instructions on how to add this to your delivery preferences in the DPD app, view DPD's guide on how to add a delivery What3Words Address.

Important: When you collect from a Pickup shop, make sure you bring photo ID and proof of your address, a utility bill will be fine. You’ll also need your email (just on your phone will work).

If your order is not picked up from the pickup shop within seven days, or if it is rejected upon the delivery attempt, or you request to cancel once the order has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, then you will be refunded less £10 due to carrier costs to have the parcel sent back to us.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact us within seven days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
