If you're in the UK or EU and you ordered online, and you change your mind, then as long as you let us know within 14 days of delivery, we will accept a return. To obtain a refund you need to return your product within 14 days of letting us know.
Your items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund, including any accessories where applicable.

We recommend using Evri as a cost-effective option, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

If you need to change the delivery address for your parcel, you can use the DPD app to amend this directly with DPD once you have been sent your tracking number.
