Coconut curry smoothie

Makes 500g.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml coconut water
  • 125g mango
  • 20g spinach leaves
  • 40g Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes or shredded coconut
  • Pinch of chilli flakes

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
