• Which countries is the program available in?

  Our affiliate program is currently only available in the UK and US, which means we can only send the Welcome Bundle to these markets. However we do hope to expand to the EU soon, so please keep an eye out on our socials!

• When will my application be reviewed?

  We aim to review your application within 7 business days. 

• How many followers do I need to have to join #TeamHuel?

  We require applications to have over 1,000 followers on either Instagram or TikTok to join our program. By joining you get access to earn commission, free products, early access to new launches and more, all for sharing on social!

• Can I select products that I want to receive when joining the program?

  We send a Welcome Bundle to every new member who joins the program. This bundle is a curated selection of our bestsellers and the products we’ve found to be most successful for our affiliates in driving engagement and sales, whilst allowing you to try a range of Huel products. We’re unable to make individual adjustments to the welcome bundle, however we do regularly send exciting product drops to our program members regularly.

• My Welcome Bundle isn’t populating in my basket?

  For any queries regarding your order or code for a complimentary Welcome Bundle, please email team@huel.com. To redeem your bundle, you will need to be on the  UK or US website, as the Welcome Bundle is only available in these markets. Your code for a complimentary Welcome Bundle can only be redeemed once.

• Can I receive free products without posting on social?

  We understand you want to feel confident in the products you’re endorsing to your audience, and we hope that the variety included in our Welcome Bundle bundle gives you plenty of options to find something you're happy to share with your audience. We ask you to post at least 2 times per month whilst you’re a part of our program in return for the Welcome Bundle and other perks the program offers.

• How often are products sent out?

  Whilst we don't have a set schedule for product send outs as part of our affiliate program, rest assured that we're committed to ensuring our affiliates feel valued and are rewarded for their work. On top of earning competitive commission on every sale you drive, the opportunity to receive Huel vouchers, new launches before they’re released and more – we encourage you to keep an eye on your emails, as we'll always communicate updates about upcoming product send outs.

• Why is my personal discount code not working?

  Your followers can redeem £10 off on their first order only, on orders over £60. If the customer is creating a subscription, the discount code will apply to the first subscription order only.

• How can I update the name displayed on my storefront?

  Please email affiliates@huel.com with the below information and our team will process this request for you. Please expect a reply within 5 business days

• Why was my application to join the program rejected?

  Thank you so much for taking the time to apply to join our affiliate program. We truly appreciate your interest in working with Huel and the effort you’ve put into your application. Our program is open to creators based in the UK and US with over 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok and a passion for Huel. 

  We carefully consider each application and if we’ve decided not to move forward, please don’t take this as a reflection of your potential—it’s simply that we’re focusing on certain criteria to align with our goals right now.

  
  

• How do I receive commission payouts?

  Within the first week of each month, creators commission on sales made for the previous month. 

  1.  You will receive details of this payment in an email sent from Huel via Tremendous to the email address you used to sign up for the program.

  2. You then need to follow the prompt within the email to collect your funds via the payment redemption methods offered (Paypal).

• Do you offer paid partnerships?
